I order a hot sandwich from here often. Always really enjoy it. The service has always been good. Stillwater location 8:15pm on 7-22-26 I was HALF WAY through my sandwich when I notice medal shavings inside my sandwich. I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty to let them know. And he just said I’m sorry you had to go through that. I asked what they use to clean their grill he said well they do use a medal scrapper. Just continued to say he’s sorry I had to go through that. I went to the store Friday for lunch and was amazed once again with my experience! The nice man taking my order remembered that I had an allergy and asked me about it. When I told him, he insisted on cleaning the meat slicer! This took extra time during a busy lunch hour! The next young man was also extremely polite and did a great job making my sandwich!
