I won't be back. The man, I assume is the MGR or shift lead, is really rude. Witnessed him be unreasonable rude to some young adults that wanted a refund (or a new sandwich) because their sandwiches were made wrong. I felt really bad for the kids working there. They were all nice and clearly uncomfortable with the way he was acting to customers. There are too many other options around to deal with that.
I placed my order for lunch twice in 3 weeks each time it was incorrect, I called back to get a refund, supervisor offered coupons I said no then he hung up on me , I had to call and speak to gm to get them to process a refund, after arguing for 15 mins to get my own money back, only jersey mikes I’ve ever had issues, avoid this location not a good representation of the brand
