I didn’t catch her name, but Team manager/leader was awesome she helped me with my order and even recommended style of sandwich when ordering. She was very communicative with her team and everyone was hands-on just for one sandwich. Team greeted me in and greeted me out! Awesome Job.

I use to come here a lot, haven’t been in a min. I stopped going because of the wait time. I went Friday, after work, I ordered a sandwich for me and a kids meal for my child. I felt rushed when checking out, due to them preparing online orders, which is more important that people that comes in the restaurant. This location’s crew need customer service lessons. Went in to pick up my mobile order. The crew stared at me and went back to what they were doing. No one greeted me or asked what I needed help with. A young lady came by the register but did not speak so I said “excuse me I’m picking up my mobile order?” I showed her my order name on my phone. I ordered two all the ways, and then it became busy, team became frantic, came home and found both my sandwiches with just meat in it after repeating a few times they should be all the way. Not sure I like spending money where it’s a 50/50 chance on the service.
