We were here on 10/6 around lunch time, the 2 young women behind the counter were AMAZING. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and everything was DELICIOUS!
I’ve hesitated giving this review, because I realize everyone can have a bad day. However this is now my third bad experience and the second time my online order was made and left sitting in the back counter while I just waiting 45 minutes. My order was to be ready at 7:22pm, I arrived it wasn’t ready so I had a seat. Others came in looking for their orders which also weren’t ready. Mobile orders with 40+ minutes after estimated time is unacceptable for any establishment. It’s a regular occurrence at this location regardless of what day or time, or congestion. And there’s never any acknowledgement or even an apology from the staff
