Staff was delightful, service fast, food was delicious!
Ordered $60 worth of subs online for pick-up. (3 subs) They made the wrong sub and claimed they were busy and were sorry. It was 3 in the afternoon and the place was dead. When I pointed that they then said the number is the same for both subs and is an easy mistake to make. It IS NOT the same number. Additionally the receipt taped to the bag had the correct number and sub listed on it. Mistakes happening lying to cover it up is unacceptable customer service.
