This is our second time visiting this Jersey Mike’s location, and unfortunately, both experiences have left us with the same impression: the staff simply does not seem to care about providing good customer service. During our most recent visit, there was a sign advertising a regular chicken salad for $8.95, with chips and a drink pictured alongside it. came here around 2 o’clock on August 1st I love Jersey Mike’s so much. I’ve never had a bad experience, but this location a specific employee definitely stood out to me and my boyfriend just bringing good vibes throughout the whole store. Worst experience I’ve ever had. First, the order was incorrect. But when I went in to pick up the order the girl behind the counter didn’t speak not one word, I asked for my order and she had an attitude when she handed it to me and once again didn’t speak not one word. I’m in hospitality and I would never. Won’t be back and used to go all the time.

The sandwiches were not tasty! And when asked for extra condiments, it was like a problem. Pickles tho! This location has never been that great. Long wait for no apparent reason!
