Staff is full of ignorant and rude employees. Don't order online expecting your food to be ready at the time of pickup. You will have to stand around and watch everything be made as if you walked in from the street. Staff couldn't be bothered to explain the situation or even offer an apology. Plenty of other sub shops in Frederick. First and only visit here
Used to be a fan. JM was my quick and convenient go to sub shop but the last several times have been pretty mediocre. Bread is dry, meat and cheese are sliced so thinly that you mostly taste dry bread. It’s so dry that I have issues swallowing it. Don’t think I’ll be going bake.
Slowest service ever. I could have had a sit down meal in the time it took to make the sandwich. Do better.
This is our second time visiting this Jersey Mike’s location, and unfortunately, both experiences have left us with the same impression: the staff simply does not seem to care about providing good customer service. During our most recent visit, there was a sign advertising a regular chicken salad for $8.95, with chips and a drink pictured alongside it.
