My worse experience here so far. For this price I have never had a such a small sandwich. 3 paper thin slices of ham and turkey. My hubby sandwich the same I had to get extra bacon and pay for it of course just to have somewhat of a sandwich. The lady in front of us sandwiches look totally different from ours but we were the only black people there and that exactly how I felt we were treated. Placed a mobile order at 9:30am with pickup scheduled for 12 noon for 2 sandwiches, that’s it. I get to the store at 12:05 and join a group of about 8 people seemingly also waiting for mobile orders. Not a single employee even glances up or helps any of us, they just keep taking orders from the people ordering at the counter. At 12:10, I finally got an employee’s attention and asked about my order that was supposed to be done at 12. He finds the bag and says they’re still waiting on the hot sub. took 50 minutes - an hour for mobile order to be fulfilled. sat in store for the whole time on my lunch break and got written up for being late.
I just can’t seem to understand why every time (literally every time) this place is behind on orders. The absolute slowest moving employees on this side of the Mississippi. They may look young, but they move at slower than your grandma with arthritis. If “poor service” was the motto, corporate would be extremely pleased. We order cold subs on a slow day, but I will still be waiting for an hour either way I guess. DO NOT order online. This place is always out of bread at around 730-8 o'clock. Pretty sure its just an excuse to not have to work the last hour of the night. Order more bread?
