They put our sandwiches on the wrong bread and the meat tasted like grill oil like perhaps the grill hasn't been properly cleaned in months.. very disappointed as we used to love Jersey Mike's.
Service is always slow and they are always prioritizing online orders. Today they told us they were only taking online orders and not in person orders. Absolutely insane. We were told there’s a sign on the door indicating this but there was not. I am glad they are building a new location on DuPont by Tonkel and I am really hoping that one is better because we really like the food but the service is god awful.
Went in to order and was told they are not taking any in store orders, only online orders. Said they put a sign on the door, bit it must have blown away. This at 1 pm on a Sunday. Will not be back to this location
