I got a gluten free sub and Lexi did an amazing job at wiping everything down and making sure there was no cross contamination. Very impressed by this location!
This was our experience at store #43010 in Burley, Idaho today. There were 6 people working (4 girls, 2 guys), but only 1 girl was doing much. We have never seen so many employees standing around talking while completely ignoring the customers, and there were a lot of us. At one point, all 6 of them has disappeared into the back, and more customers came in and waited several minutes for someone to come out (even after we called back there to let them know). By far the worse Mikes experience I’ve had. Showed up at around 10:20 with one family waiting in line in front of me. There was no one to greet us or take our order for almost 5 minutes as the staff were frantically searching for something while talking on their cell phone. Finally someone was able to take the order of the family in front of me which took 15+ minutes to complete 5 sandwiches. Finally I was up and ordered my #13.
