Accepted order took my money then called 20 min before close to say they “turn grille off 30 min before and can’t make it” never refunded
The customer service given by Dominic was very polite and courteous .(hopefully spelled correctly) Customer service seems to be nonexistent or dying these days and i appreciated that even though the location was really busy , he went the extra mile to toast my sandwich as asked last minute (online order) Please get him a raise or a higher position he deserves it with the professionalism !
