Ordered online and had to sit in the lobby for 30+ minutes waiting for my order while walk in customers got serviced and left before I received my food, Absolutely terrible customer service
My bread was dry as all can be. The server gave me have a slice a bread that was sitting out already. I assumed he took it out recently, but I was greatly mistaken. The bread should have not been served, this was horrible. I wish I could get my money back. No one should eat a sandwich with dried out bread.
Update 3/20/25 I made an online order and waited 40 mins and the order still was not ready. I had to ask to be acknowledged, as the workers looked right over me asking everyone else’s name.. I asked for a refund and did not get a receipt. Note to self…. Meal prepping is not optional. Did I mention that I only ordered 1 medium sized sandwich? 🤣🤣 Old review: The food was good, but the bread seemed a little too hard this time. It was “crunchy” hard. I ordered for online pick up so the food was ready as promised.
