My company ordered a large catering order from a different location, and they absolutely butchered it. None of the sandwiches were labelled, some were missing and most of them were wrong- ontop of them having it done 15 minutes late. Fast forward, I ended up speaking to the Director, Kory, and he was so kind. He offered to make us a new catering order on him, any day we would like and threw in some cookies. This is one of the best Jersey Mikes. It’s one staff that makes it amazing. Everyone is working hard , each staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. They are lucky to have a great team like this!! The food was put together with care which I personally don’t find in a lot of sandwich shops today. Will be coming back soon
Ordered online and had to sit in the lobby for 30+ minutes waiting for my order while walk in customers got serviced and left before I received my food, Absolutely terrible customer service
My bread was dry as all can be. The server gave me have a slice a bread that was sitting out already. I assumed he took it out recently, but I was greatly mistaken. The bread should have not been served, this was horrible. I wish I could get my money back. No one should eat a sandwich with dried out bread.
