Horrible customer service. I placed a catering order for August 2nd at 11:45 am for delivery, the delivery is through door dash. I received confirmation via email and text and made sure it was the correct location. The door dasher sends me a text to let me know they did not receive my order about 20 minutes from the delivery time. They weren’t willing to work with me when I called and I was left to order elsewhere last minute for my event. I haven’t even been refunded yet or heard anything back from corporate.
This place deserves a zero little to no meat on a giant sub guy on the grill was definitely showing that he wasn't happy to be at work i asked fir extra meat they said 6.50 but had a special buy a giant get another sub for 5.00 no mention of it will never visit this place again they have turned me off of jersey Mike's period different locations same issue spend more get less i could have ordered two subs fir the price of the giant from local carryout very disappointed
We bought 2 giant subs last night and the bread was stale on both! Neither sandeich was edible. I will be returning to store today with uneaten sandwiches. This is disgraceful and unavoidable. I believe that the clerk, who took the last 2 loaves from the shelf , cut the bread had to have realized the bread was stale when she sliced it!
food was so incredibly bad we couldn't eat it. wasted 25.00. do NOT go here.... nasty
Great subs and staff are unbelievable friendly.
