Normally, I have excellent service from Jersey Mikes. I ordered two giant subs and did not receive what I ordered. The store manager, Mallory Grace acknowledged that there was a screw up but did nothing to fix it. Even after presenting the problem, she did nothing to repair the situation; IE get me the right sub order. I wont shop here anymore.
I despise this location. Everytime I order from here, my order is always wrong and sloppy looking. I order a #7 with my desired ingredients, but i put in the notes thats i wanted the oil, vinegar, and relish on the side. My requests were ignored and this has happened previously. I believe regardless of it being no contact delivery, the employees should still work as if I were in front of them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will not be returning and I advise the same for anyone else!
