Ordered online at home and went to pick it up only to find they never received it.Waited in line, but after 15 minutes and no one taking my order I walked out Employees seemed rude.Never eating at this place again.Went to Cousins and got my sub in 5 minutes and nice employees.Wow what a lame apology You don't even offer a free sub or something.This is partially my fault, because a restaurant named after a lame state like New Jersey,it's a given that the employees are RUDE.
As a frequent customer who loves Jersey Mike's I need to write a review of the Mequon location in hopes that management continues to strive for improvement and earn my future 5 star review at this location. My recent experience was sub-par from a service and cleanliness standpoint. I was there after the lunch rush had passed around 2p and was dining in.
