First time I've ever gotten really stale bread at Jersey Mike's and it was a giant sandwich too.
I really hope that JM management gets this location under control. I've been enjoying Jersey Mike's for so long (on both coats), and I was so excited about this one opening up within walking distance. Every order I've gotten from this location has been wrong (they're just not reading the tickets- all errors I've experienced have been careless). Slowest location ever. Rude staff that doesn’t wash their hands.
Disappointed in the service at this location. We left a playoff game early to grab a sandwich before closing, arriving 8 minutes before their posted closing time. Unfortunately, we were told they had already put everything away and couldn’t serve us. If you're open until a certain time, you should offer food until that time—not stop service early. To make matters worse, the staff wasn’t apologetic—in fact, they came across as quite rude. Really disappointing experience overall.
