So got sandwich today and I watched one of the employees literally walk over to the kitchen area with an open sandwich with my stuff on it my mayonnaise or ranch or whatever that was in the bread I tried to talk to the person in charge about it, he gave me cold shoulder did not care. Very disrespectful happened today, August 3
Jam packed, but the service was great and speedy with no faults
There is 6 people in line and a phone order comes in? Then the restaurant thats already behind takes a phone order of 5 full sandwiches and 2 salads. The people in line now have wait? Makes complete sense! So after being the 3rd person in line and the late phone order it only took 24 minutes to get a 1 sub. Horrible service towards the people that are actually in store.
