Jersey Mikes is our favorite sub sandwich place. My wife always get the "Big Kahuna", which is a Philly cheese steak with onions and jalapeños. I wish we had one in Saint Helens.
There has got to be a better way to manage online orders and balance with walk in’s other than waiting 30+ minutes to make 15-20 online orders. Walk in time 10:10 finally sat and ate at 10:46. No sense of urgency, energy or upbeat atmosphere what so ever. Employees appear to hate their job and have 0 engagement with customers. I frequent this location and it’s like this on a regular basis. During my visit today at least 5 people walked out.
Took over half an hour to get a walk up order sub with only 2 people in line. The staff spent the whole time starting and finishing online orders. Usually very good but was really disappointed this time.
The music playing was really loud so it was hard to hear and have a conversation, and they forgot to put bacon on my sandwich
