I tried placing an order online, and the money was taken from my account immediately. When I went inside to ask about my order, the employees told me they never received it because their system was down. It was frustrating because I was charged but still couldn’t get my food or a clear solution at the time.
Subs good not many choices of bread and toppings.
I went to the Jersey Mikes’s near Powers Ferry today (4/27). I asked for a Turkey sub on wheat, I asked for it Mike’s way without the oil and salt. The woman serving me also asked another man his sandwich order while she was making my sub but did not wait to finish my sub and started making numerous subs at once. The woman added oil to the sandwich and I told her I didn’t want oil (the man she was making the sub for wanted oil on his sub). Still a Jersey Mike's, just done the worst I've seen yet.
Worst service ever. The lady who was making my sandwich she asked first you want bell pepper without I say no she said by her self no then I was like yes I do want it and I was getting veggie sandwich so then I tell her I want onion, lettuce and after she started again that all I said I need mayo then like that’s all like she just don’t want to put anything inside, lol I am not paying for Judy bread and cheese. Very very bad service
