I love jersey mikes, however this location needs some staffing changes. There is always someone working there that has such a huge attitude. I came in at around 8pm, and I ordered a buffalo chicken sub, the lady gave me a huge smirk. She gave every customer attitude it was baffling. The food is good but the service is questionable.
Venessa was absolutely delightful, and she went above and beyond to make my Philly cheesecake truly special.
I was at this LOCATION Saturday 1/4/2024 at or about 5:40pm. The young lady working I forgot her name but she is always working. The man who was working no the grill I assume was a manager. The sandwiches, customer service, and assembly of their work ethic was outstanding. I have been to this location twice this week. I was there earlier this week and ordered the Chicken Philly. Outstanding! Today I ordered the Philly. Simply outstanding and PLENTY of meat. Thank you,
Not a warm or friendly environment for some of us. I no longer patronize this establishment.
