Ordered online at 11:40am ET. The pickup time said ASAP so I headed that way. Arrived at 11:50am ET. I gave them my name and they acted like they were working on it. They were instead working on the 10+ people in line. Only one person was cutting meat (the manager). He got distracted when the Health Department showed up and stopped cutting meat. Food is fine but the staff... Omg the staff. Worst attitudes and it's never any better. If you order something not on the menu they will just charge you for something on the menu that has way more things on the sandwich then you actually ordered. It's unbelievable. They are rude and I don't think I've ever gone in there and actually wanted to be there. Ugh. Just go to a different location.
I love jersey mikes, but placing receipts on top of food is disgusting. That is NOT food grade paper, it is laden with chemicals not meant for consumption. Health department should be on top of this.
The tall high school aged kid needs an an attitude check. Seems like he has issues.
