Food came out great, worker appeared to be alone while others seemed to be working on other things in the back so food came out a little slow but was otherwise was great and yummy
Michael, your shrinkflation is showing… This is what an “extra” salami & provolone sandwich looks like…(extra consists of 3 additional shavings of meat) …this isn’t isolated. It’s literally every time. I’ve been in many JM’s when it was busy with long lines. This is by far the slowest crew ever. They intentionally move at a snails pace.
Ordered online and waited almost 30 minutes for my food, whats the purpose of ordering online if it takes longer to get your food. And I wasn't the only person waiting for their pickup that ordered online and already paid. They didn't offer a discount or a cookie or drink while I waited. I'll never go to this Jersey Mike's again. Terrible customer service and attitude
