Love the sandwiches and the quicker waits. The staff are nice and place is clean. Will definitely be going back!
I went into Jersey Mike’s 15 minutes before closing time and decided I didn’t want to bother the staff because they were closing up shortly. I turned around and was walking to my truck and Carlos came out to tell me to come back. I told Carlos that I hate being the last customer and his response was “I treat my last customer like my first customer”. Placed online order w chips and drink, all the sodas were flat, asked for a refund since the drinks weren’t drinkable. He said he couldn’t do a refund but I could grab a soda from the fridge - FINE I don’t like bottled soda but at this point I have no choice. The soda fridge was not working so they’re selling warm soda FOH. Do better
