Shit service and you can tell the morale is sapped from passive aggressive managers. No energy or positive/welcoming vibe from staff. The store on sandy plaines @ Shallowford much preferred
Unfriendly staff horrible atmosphere feels like they don’t want you there. I do don’t get what nomes on the sandwich. Do not come here
Attitude from manager towards my mother because she didn’t order when he was ready, a grown man should try to bully someone their own size and not work in service if you don't like serving.
I had catering from this location. Not only was the sandwich soggy, thrown together and wet beyond anyone’s liking. I took one bite of my sandwich that was covered in wet lettuce and thank god I looked down because someone made my sandwich with a clot of hair attached to it! I am completely dissatisfied and this is disgusting! How does one even manage to not notice they placed a clot of hair in someone’s food?
Absolutely horrible service today. They were not very busy but insanely slow, very odd for a jersey mikes. The employee behind the counter was very rude to my wife and to the new employee behind the counter. We went to get chips instead of cookie for the kids meal and he rudely demanded we put it back and the cookie as chips were not allowed (we have gotten chips with the kids meals every other time before) The new employee cut our kids sandwich and he yelled at him for it in front of the whole restaurant.
