Not the first time this happened: I placed an online order so I could go in and out and get to where I needed to be. I even showed up 10 minutes after expected pickup time. I asked for my order and they said it wasn’t ready. No one hustled to get my order done which was placed at least 40 minutes in advance. Two people came in and placed an order and still got their sandwiches before me. I waited 20 minutes to get my order. Like a good neighbor Jersey Mikes is there 👌
I came in yesterday for a club sandwich and no one else was inside the site but me. However, the girl in the front has me waiting to fulfill online orders which made me upset. They had like 4 guys in the back and no one came out to assist walk in customers. Very disappointed. Will not come back here. Bad service!!!!
They have the best team now. Amazing customer service, best sandwiches ever!!!
