Put in an online order and they did not have my order ready I waited over 15 minutes for my food people that walked in after my order was due got their food before I got mine whats the point of ordering ahead if the employees can’t fulfill the orders in the time that was said.
On 3/27/2025 my GF stopped by to get us dinner on her way home from work. I texted her that I wanted an Italian with extra cheese, oil and vinegar are fine just no salt and pepper. While she was in line she texted me to ask what bread, cheese type, veggies etc. I wanted (white, provolone and whatever it comes with). What she came home with was not that, instead it was an Italian plain, cheese, meat and bread only. Walked in with my wife and 3 yrs old grandson which he was crying , so my wife turned around to go back to car so I order a my food apon receiving my sandwich I ask the young man if I could have a free cookie for my grandson ( THEY HAVE IT POSTED FREE COOKIES FOR KIDS ) he told NO . The kid has to be in the store ....he fn literally saw him and heard him 3mins earlier ....i will never tip again in this location because of this young man ...i just migth stop coming to this location .bad customer service ......
Horrible horrible management. Ordered two subs, one of which needed cooking. Paid. Waited 10 mins. Ask after 10 mins when I see nothing cooking on the grill what's going on? Got told "there were orders before yours". Uhm... Does that make sense? You can literally start the chicken to grill which takes no effort to even monitor while you finish the orders you had before. So instead you think it's ok to just let your customers wait 20+ minutes for a single sandwich? Do restaurants operate this way where they don't even bother ... read more
