Currently still waiting on my order for the last 10 minutes. We’re the only people in the store yet it’s taking longer than it should’ve for a cheesesteak sandwich. Vibes were definitely off and team members are hiding in the back and conversing amongst themselves more than they were acknowledging us. Definitely wouldn’t go back again since it’s not within my normal location.
Got the classic #56 The Big Kahuna with Beef, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and white American cheese. I like to add veggies to my order because The Big Kahuna doesn't have much veggies in it. I added the cabbage, tomatoes, and pickles. Such a good hot sandwich and the service was great.
Absolutely delicious time after time. Freshly made. No dried up ingredients sitting around. Hot sandwiches hit the grill for the first time right after you order. Different locations same excellent product. Friendly staff. Because everything is cooked or assembled fresh there is a wait time involved. But it is always worth the wait. I recommend the #17;giant and split it with somebody.
Stood there waiting to order for 15 minutes while the workers ignored us before we just decided to leave.
