Not one time have I had an online order be on time. I’ve placed orders for 20 minutes in the future and I’ve gotten there after 30 minutes and they hadn’t even started making it. Order an hour ahead of what you think you need if you want food on time
The team members dont give a good customer dervice and my sándwich had mire lettuce than anything else nothing like the picture on the wall
Terrible customer experience on 9/7/26 @ 5 pm. No one in line, 2 people dining in - not busy at all. Upon arrival, I asked the only person I saw behind the counter about chicken salad availability, and she pointed towards the order sign and mumbled something with a heavy accent.
