This is the second time I've come to this location and the older gentleman who works here is clearly upset he has to work or something. I ordered ahead since the last time I ordered he was ticked off that I didn't know my order. Mind you there were no other customers at the moment. Today I watched him just throw my order in the bag while he was careful with others. He did this within the camera view which shows he doesn't care. Personally the food here is amazing but this review reflects on poor customer service.
NEVER going there again! Filthy,slow, employees spoke a foreign language. The floor was COVERED with food and trash and they just shuffled over it! ONCE upon a time, it was clean,fresh, friendly - joy! And-- my #2 had ONLY one meat!
My boyfriend and I tried this place out for the first time today. The sandwiches were delicious but the staff was blatantly rude to us while trying to order and pay.
My wrap was old it was curved on the sides.but lady still made my sandwich.then 1 of 5 guys finished my sandwich didn't cut it in half . staff was untrained and couldn't run the register.backed up customers ,no organization .IV had many sandwiches here and the last 2 awful.people don't understand u u can't understand them.if als u want to do is sell sandwiches!! You will loose a lot a lot of business.very noise atmosphere.
