I placed an online order at 1:02PM to be ready by 1:17PM. I arrived at the store early around 1:07PM and waited patiently right in front of the drink station/cash register/pick up area since I was early. I was not greeted or acknowledged upon entering the store. My order was not ready at 1:17PM and was still not ready when I left the store at 1:25PM. The curly hair guy is super nice and makes the best sandwiches. I have ordered take out twice now and order and pay for bacon however I never get the bacon, they gave me a side that is bubbled up at the top, total ignorance, I cannot even open the can to drink it. I tip on my order just to get less then good quality products. A huge disappointment. If I could add a picture I would.
Staff were super friendly and the subs were great.
Ordered a chipotle mayo on rosemary bread. They got the bread wrong which wasn’t that big of a deal, but when they fixed it, the sub was cold, with cold unmelted cheese, and there was hardly any meat in it and I didn’t really taste any chipotle mayo. I get this same order often at other Jersey Mike’s without an issue. This was my first time at this location, and it was very disappointing.
