People told me something and I wanted to see for myself. A mini club sub is 7.95. When you order a club sub without Turkey the owner makes them ring in ham and cheese but add bacon and it cones out to 9.25. I asked how can you do that- answers, 1. We add extra ham, I said that makes no sense, it would be 2 meats anyway. 2. We have to ring it in that way for inventory purposes, I laughed and said nice try. You guys gained a customer and lost a custoemr in 1 transaction. My 1st time going to Jersey Mikes (saw a video on Instagram made me come try). The young lady working the counter was super rude. I order a #8 that clearly comes with applewood bacon on it. She asked me for my toppings and I listed everything I wanted. I noticed she ne er added the bacon. The workers were very rude. The Open sign was on, but the door was locked. When I knocked on the door they did not respond. They looked at their phones and never acknowledged me.
I am a regular Jersey Mikes customer however this was my first time at this location and I did not have a great experience. The two workers there this afternoon gave off the impression that they didn’t want to help us and slightly had an attitude that my mother and I were using coupons we received in the mail. As a guest experience manager this did not make me feel welcomed and I will not be returning to this location.
