John is always a pleasure when I come to this location ! The customer service is phenomenal! I thought he was the manager how he carries hisself and works as a team leader during the lunch rush. As busy as it gets he still manages to be extremely patient and respectful when taking and preparing my order. He changes his gloves , cleans the area , and makes my sandwich perfect everytime! I think the sandwich was okay but the workers need change their gloves after they handle the register. I told the one guy to change his gloves for my sandwich and I shouldn’t have had to tell them that. He made two others before he made mine without changing them. It’s cross contamination… from touching the register to handling money to making food!

I had never visited the Moorestown Jersey Mike's before. I went to get a sub, and tried the hot italian - I had never had it before. I was helped by a very enthusiastic employee named Sam. She was very helpful and made sure that I was able to create the sandwich exactly to my liking. Sam made an amazing sandwich and completely brightened by day! If you need a great sandwich and a pick me up, go see Sam at Jersey Mike's!
