It's a slow service, but they have 5 team members on shift. The tables haven't been wiped down, and there's been a bag amd dirty rag on the floor for the last 5 minutes that everyone seems to keep walking past. Questioning how often hands are washed and gloves are changed here. Prep kitchen is a mess and there should be more attention to how long product is sitting out and why the prep area is a mess. Basically me and my friend ordered two sandwiches from this Jersey Mike’s. My friend came at the time the sandwiches were supposed to be ready, 620, and they had not even started making the sandwiches. We also requested different condiments and extra of certain toppings and did not receive that extra or condiments. Then I called and they offered to remake the sandwich and offered an apology that didn’t fix the situation because this was 20 minutes later. Food is always great the staff that made the sandwiches were fast and efficient but to the lovely girl at the register by the time i wanted to get your name my eyes were filled with tears and I'm sorry that I didn't.
