Basically me and my friend ordered two sandwiches from this Jersey Mike’s. My friend came at the time the sandwiches were supposed to be ready, 620, and they had not even started making the sandwiches. We also requested different condiments and extra of certain toppings and did not receive that extra or condiments. Then I called and they offered to remake the sandwich and offered an apology that didn’t fix the situation because this was 20 minutes later. Food is always great the staff that made the sandwiches were fast and efficient but to the lovely girl at the register by the time i wanted to get your name my eyes were filled with tears and I'm sorry that I didn't. To the girl who was definitely not named Larry (on my receipt) who saw my pain today I want you to know that you are an angel and a blessing and that hug meant everything. We were staying at the Hampton Inn Long Beach airport and this restaurant was just 1 block away. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak on white. It was delicious. The service was great and the location was wonderful. We have always been happy with Jersey Mikes subs. Thank you.
