Very good food, good service today even though they seemed down atleast one crew member. Good work.
Ordered a bowl (sub in a tub) for pickup and theres hardly any lettuce. I wasn't even able to have a bite of lettuce with every bite of meat. The bowl was about 1/4 of the way filled with everything in it. A waste of money. This was all on top of the fact that their to go pickup is a nightmare because they don't have a rack for the orders so you have to stand and wait for someone to ask you what you need while they're in a rush to ring up customers and make orders. It's chaotic and unorganized.
Ordered a wrap for delivery they decided to put all the toppings, oil and vinegar on the outside of the wrap. I've never had a soggy wrap until today!
Submitted order for pickup. The time before, I ordered a number 2 in a bowl. They put a wrap, even though the receipt clearly said in a bowl. This time, I put a note to please make it a bowl instead of a wrap. They did make it a bowl. But, it had hardly any lettuce and felt like it was low on the other items, as well.
