UPDATE: I have heard they got new management and she seems to be working hard to make things better - she is a doll Ordered a bowl (sub in a tub) for pickup and theres hardly any lettuce. I wasn't even able to have a bite of lettuce with every bite of meat. The bowl was about 1/4 of the way filled with everything in it. A waste of money. This was all on top of the fact that their to go pickup is a nightmare because they don't have a rack for the orders so you have to stand and wait for someone to ask you what you need while ... read more
I recently had an issue with an incorrect DoorDash order from Jersey Mike’s in Kernersville. After calling the store, I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly understanding and provided excellent customer service. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.
