One of my favorite sub spots, can't get enough, especially the Chipotle Chicken.
I just called to place an order, and was treated terribly. The rudest man answered the phone. His accent made it hard for me to understand what he was asking me. So I tried to repeat my answer and he basically yelled at me. Then asked what it was I wanted, my answer was to call another store where they are not rude.
Jersey Mike’s has quickly become one of my go-to spots whenever I’m craving a fresh, high-quality sandwich made just the way I like it. Very rude and condescending employees who will NOT accommodate gluten free requests. Do not eat here! The only way you will get a GF sandwich is if you want to eat frozen bread. They actually seriously asked us if we were okay with having frozen bread. They only made matters worse by treating us rudely and unprofessional. Choose a different jersey mikes if you want GF and if you care about customer service.
Went at 11 for a Philly. Was told I had to wait 25 minutes so they could make all the online orders. I left. R
