We had never eaten at Jersey Mike's and omg it's so good! This location is awesome. The staff were all very friendly. The Manager Ruben couldn't have been any nicer to us. Welcomed us and explained it all to us. We had no idea everything was cooked to order. Fresh sandwiches not pre-packaged sitting in a bin like other sandwich shops. The store was very clean. We will definitely be back to this location! Awesome team working today.

We got double charged last week. We called were told not to call corporate and they could handle it in store. Were told to go in & they would fix it, just bring in the charge amounts & date. Went in and Chris the manager on duty. He told us this had been happening at the store a lot lately. Gave Chris the info & he goes back to the office. Comes back 5 minutes later asking for the same info. Then disappears again. He comes back asking if we tipped. Still nothing. He said "I can't find it" then writes down the Store confirmat... read more

The woman at the counter seemed very unhappy we came in. She didn’t make eye contact seemed annoyed didn’t smile. Probably shouldn’t work around customers

The last two times I ate here they were out of white bread. First time I had to wait in person for 20 minutes and saw them refund a bunch of DoorDash orders. Second time I door dashed they refunded me. I’ve worked at j Mike’s and if we were out of white bread it’s just cuz we forgot to make enough.
