Have been to Jersey Mike's many times and have never had a problem until today. The service and food has always been excellent. Today I placed an online order at 4:15 and was given a pick up time of 4:31. We arrived a little early, so no problem in having to wait. The problem is that my son was told to get at the end of the line, even though he was there to pick up a online order. Want to start by giving Keisha a wonderful shout out. I’ve been to a lot of Jerseys Mikes and have never met a more wooded and outstanding employee. She was the only one working at the time I first arrived and you could tell she had a large amount of orders to get done. I wasn’t in a hurry so I told her to just take her time I was in no hurry.
