Let’s start off by saying, they make you feel welcome when you walk in by saying it loud and proud, “welcome in!” And with smiles! Loved it! Very friendly, team players, all helping each other out and making sure the store looks presentable. Ma’Kalie, Kris and Jayce, thank you for making my day. My sandwich was delicious down to the last bite. Not every JM is like this, so I will be back and I hope it’s when these three are working! And lastly, they were very thankful for the visit.
First off, I want to take the time to appreciate the employee with the curly hair and glasses, the employee with tattoos, and the bigger fellow for going out of their way while making my sub. They did an amazing job working together as a team, and honestly, you don’t see teamwork like that very often anymore. I was there this afternoon and ordered the #13. The staff was so welcoming and friendly!!!
I asked for the clubhouse to have no cheese and switch ham for the turkey because I have allergies and they would not do it. So I could not have it. They offered to take turkey off and charge me $3.00 for ham and no turkey. People have food allergies and this is not right. I had ir done at a different Jersey Mike's. This one is not accommodating to people who can not eat certain foods.
