Have gotten my order wrong twice in a row and always end up waiting 15-20 min longer then what the app says and have to ask for my drink that was paid for already also found this black hair stuff like baked into the bread couldn’t bring myself to even finish the 2nd half once I realized
Yes, I went into this restaurant. I had an order. I was supposed to pick up my pickup, but they told me I'd have to wait 8 to 10 minutes at the end. I stood there for 50 minutes. And they still didn't give me my order, so I left. Well, I don't know why the service is like this.
Not sure if it was just the day but they could not handle online orders. I ordered 10-15 minutes a head but then stood there for an extra 10-15 minutes waiting for my order. I watched my co-worker stand in line, order a hot sandwich and get his sandwich before me. I almost got in line to have them make my online order as it would have been faster.
