I came in today around 1. The lobby was messy with trash on the floor and when it was finally my turn to order they couldn't get my order right. I had to repeat myself 4 times and the cutting machine was disgusting. When I finally sat down to eat my sandwich was so salty and barely edible I went back to ask for a side of chipotle and the blue haired kid gave me so much attitude and rolled his or her eyes at me. The girls making sandwiches and adding lettuce and tomatoes and condiments were soooooo slow.. maybe re train them to be faster during lunch traffic!! Also they must listen to customers orders more carefully!!
This place generally runs well but the fllord and bathrooms are dirty. The store just opened and the trash in the bathroom is full there is toilet paper on the ground dried mud on the floors the rugs have hair and them so they haven't been cleaned. The bathroom is always dirty at this location and unkempt. The staff are professional for the most part and move quickly.
Have gotten my order wrong twice in a row and always end up waiting 15-20 min longer then what the app says and have to ask for my drink that was paid for already also found this black hair stuff like baked into the bread couldn’t bring myself to even finish the 2nd half once I realized
