It took over 30 minutes to get my order, then they gave me half a sandwich when I paid for the Giant. They prioritize Food delivery Apps over in store orders. The manager in Jersey Mike Issaquah that day was no help either, non apologetic. Acted like it was my fault. Never coming back.
Ordered 2 subs 1 hot and 1 cold, the cold sub was fine but the hot sub got made incorrectly instead of 1 giant we received 2 regulars that were cooked separately and the quality was low. Normally I wouldn’t have left a review like this but I know policy is to remake the sandwich and even though the store is under new leadership it was disappointing to see that the standard of quality did not carry over. Especially when it costs $50 for 2 sandwiches.
Exceptional service
