Fantastic Customer Service at Jersey Mike’s! I have to give a huge shout-out to Malcolm and Jayla for the excellent customer service! Malcolm made my sandwich exactly how I like it—with extra seasoning and extra wet—and absolutely nailed it. Horrible service. Uncomfortable, rude!! Went in there to order some food, didnt even get acknowledged. They all had attitudes and the cook was pissed that I had requested chicken and started fussing and slammed the meat onto the grill. Im guessing he cleaned it earlier then he was supposed too so he was pissed that he had to drity it again. No one was polite. They didnt say how may I help you. We were left confused on where to order and who to order with until we said the bread we wanted and they just said we dont have that.... read more

For my first time, it was a very nice experience! great manager, awesome team, and very fast and efficient. Also the fountain drinks are super crispy and refreshing, would go back again! :) 👍
