I have been coming to this jersey Mike’s since five years and I always order my sandwich the same way steak and cheese provolone cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, provolone cheese add mayonnaise. I’ve been ordering like that since over five years at Jersey Mike, but unfortunately, they have some new workers, some ladies that completely got my order wrong and several customers orders wrong and when I told the ladies that are working there about it, they refused to fix my sandwich and then I wanted to call the owner. Very slow spot. Food generally good, but the sandwich seemed to have fewer toppings and less than I normally get. Maybe they are cutting back. Seemed expensive for what I got. I sat and waited. Hot sandwich was put in shelf behind counter without saying my name. It got cold waiting until I asked.
Good sandwiches for sure!
My experience was excellent. Customer service was on point. The place was clean and I cant wait to try my sandwich.
