This was my first time at jersey mikes and let me say that I was impressed 🤩 as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice young girl with black glasses and curly hair...and the young man that was taking my order was extremely nice and patient with me. These two workers went above and beyond to make my experience great, and i'll be coming back to see them again! The store was clean and it took them less than 10 minutes to make me 2 giants! Good job to them
I've had better experiences here. There are two boys at the counter that make the experience poor with their attitudes. They make it seem as though you are bothering them when you order and ready for you to get out of their face, especially the one with the black glasses. I work in close proximity to the building, every time I go here and those two are there they are rude. We just moved to the area and found our fav sandwich shop! The customer service is always amazing! The store is spotless, food is fresh and delicious! Thank you to the Kingwood Dr team for making our experiences here great!
Stopped at Jersey Mikes for an early dinner, and I must say that the customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be coming back.
