Walked in with my family party of 6 (four kids) and had such a great experience. Derek and Anderson we're so helpful but most importantly very patient. Thank you young men, your kindness is appreciated. Obviously our subs were delicious as well!!!
Spoke to Brian about having an order that was messed up the night before remade. He asked me 10 questions in a roundabout way called me a liar. He hung up on me. I had to call back and then he said it’s an accident. I remained super professional and polite in the beginning but when he started calling me a liar I just told him I’ll do a charge back with my credit again and hell up the phone because he was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful at that point in time. That was my first time trying it and I really like it. Th staff was so nice and professional and the food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice too.
