Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for a pickup order that should’ve been ready when I arrived. To make it worse, they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a #44 and got something completely different. Total waste of time and money. This was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike’s, and it’ll definitely be my last.
Update: spoje with manager and he said he would issue me a refund. Would be willing to try again as the manager was apologetic and willing to help I spent over $40 tonight and the order was completely wrong. I am so disappointed. I used to recommend this place to everyone but won't. And I will be calling when they open. I took pictures as well.
