Ordered ahead and showed up 20 min past the promised time and food still isn’t ready. There were so many customers just standing at the register waiting. Will never be returning to this location.

Online order said 12:45pm, didn't have order ready till 1pm. Waited 15.minites to get order ready. No apologize, Horrible Online experience.
The manager, did not catch his name, but a younger handsome man that worked 1.8.26 around 1:30p was not only extremely helpful and kind but was training his staff while taking care of guests and talking to them like they were humans. Honestly I know it’s just a sandwich shop but one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere. Make him CEO or something in corporate because that is who should be training everyone.
