Outside of the one Taller guy on shift this afternoon, and the grill guy, 0 urgency from any of the crew members. I have yet to have a good experience at this location on weekends.
Gut the entire crew outside of the shift lead. He was the only one doing any actual work. 20 minutes passed the estimate for an online order is ridiculous. Not worth the time money or energy to give this location a chance at lunch time. 20 minutes down to Wallisville or to Atascocita will always be worth it. Don’t bother
The food here is fine. It's the closest store to me so I go here once or twice a month. However, it's one of the most poorly managed stores in the area. Online orders in particular are a problem. If the website site says to pick up your order in 20 minutes. Leave your house in 40...and you'll still likely wait. My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The service was extremely slow, the staff was inattentive and unprofessional. The food arrived cold, poorly prepared, and badly presented. On top of that, the place did not look clean or organized. It is definitely not worth the money or time. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not be coming back.
This is my second time being here and the people are very nice, but the service is very slow. I'm usually in the store for about 30-40 minutes to get one sandwich and a drink. The employees are very nice, but it seems that there's one person who knows what's going on and everyone else always seems to be learning. I don't mind waiting a little bit, but 30 minutes for one sandwich is a bit frustrating.
