Not sure the point of the app. I ordered it to be taken out to my car for a reason. Waited in my car for almost 10 minutes after checking-in on the app, ended-up going inside. My order had been sitting on the shelf, my hot sandwiches weren't hot anymore. Employee said "oh, I didn't know it was for curbside." HUGE "CURBSIDE" ON THE TICKET ATTACHED TO MY BAG!!! They get your order wrong then have you waiting to take care of everyone else's order before correcting yours.
1/2 star if I could . Just left the place very unsatisfied and upset . Very disappointed with my experience. I walked in and waited in line for about 15 minutes to place my order and was never greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. No one asked if I had been helped or if I was ready to order. I waited patiently while being completely ignored. Meanwhile, another customer walked in after me and was immediately greeted and asked how they could get their order started. Horrible service horrible employees at 3 no bread no lettuce 4/5 employees none with haste none that are competent enough to make line food lettuce it’s ridiculous. Management needs to get in there retrain and have numbers for enough food for a full day of customers it’s Saturday…. Your food analytics system should tell you how much foot traffic is there. Online order at 3:00 ready at 3:14 via the app it’s 3:32 right now no lettuce. Still waiting…..
