I often stopped into this location on the way to visiting my mother and there was one employee, Cherise, who made my sandwich perfectly every time. She was kind, friendly and eager to make customers happy. I stopped going in for over a year after a few unpleasant experiences with other employees when Cherise wasn’t there. I didn't like that the Associate was to handsy, while making my product. She used a rag to wipe things down. I know that's normal, but she kept touching on rag while making my product, and using the same rag to wipe off the knife. I told her that she was to touchy. That she's touching on the rag to much. She said "that's the way she was taught". But, I let her know that even when you're preparing meals at home, that you can't be that touchy with things. That hands get washed between items made. Service amazingly slow and horribly offensive ghetto music. Super disappointing to go into a jersey mikes and take over 30 minutes to get two subs … and when I enters only two people in line. I really wanted the roast beef otherwise I would have been another customer walking out the door without ordering like the other 5 did.

Steak sandwich - paid extra for extra meat and sandwich was definitely short on meat. Looked skimpy even for regular. First time for me at a Jersey Mike’s - also my first time at this location 🤔…

The bald chunky white guy in glasses that gives out pick up orders has an unnecessary attitude & wont hand you the bag… but toss it on the counter. This is like my third experience of him doing that. Food is solid though
