Every time I order delivery from this location they get the order completely wrong. It’s as if they don’t even look at your order slip. If you’re looking forward to eating a sandwich and want to get what you asked for… I would go elsewhere. EDIT: After reaching out to customer service they apologized and resolved the issue. I appreciate their willingness to make customers happy.

Not sure if private equity already changed their policies but my wife and I were served several day old wheat bread. It was as hard as a brick and in no way were the employees unaware, as they had to cut into it. Ended up throwing most of the sandwich away. Zero desire to go back after being a regular for years.
I’ve been to plenty of Jersey Mike’s locations, and the Hoboken location is by far the worst in terms of sandwich quality. Every time I’ve ordered here—three or four times over the past couple of years—the subs have been ridiculously skimpy on meats and toppings, about half the size of what you’d get at any other location. It’s baffling how they consistently shortchange customers in this regard. This was a confusing experience because the sub I got had potential but for a tuna sub it had barely a teaspoon of tuna spread as thinly as you would butter and a mountain of lettuce and banana peppers… I don’t think I have ever gotten a sandwich that had that little of a main ingredients from anywhere. This made Chipotle portions seem generous... Overall, just felt like a rip off getting almost no tuna on a tuna sub…
