They have an employee who seems to enjoy slamming their large metal basement door. This is ridiculously loud and disruptive.
Insanely inconsistent with their meat portions. Sometimes I’m satisfied, sometimes I feel skimped, today I got an egregious 2 layers of roast beef after shelling out $20+ dollars. Everyone raves about Jersey mikes quality but their consistency on portioning is horrendous compared to Subway and all other competitors.
Every time I order delivery from this location they get the order completely wrong. It’s as if they don’t even look at your order slip. If you’re looking forward to eating a sandwich and want to get what you asked for… I would go elsewhere. EDIT: After reaching out to customer service they apologized and resolved the issue. I appreciate their willingness to make customers happy.
