I’m not understanding the point of the app if I’m ordering ahead of time and my order is never ready when I get there… what’s the point? Today, the guy handling the online orders didn’t even acknowledge me as I stood there and he kept ignoring me. Several customers in there were fed up, as was I. I can’t deal with this place anymore. Strange how no one in the store knew how to give me a refund either. The store is just flat out sloppy.
Huge shoutout to Tyanna for her amazing customer service during the lunch rush. She was very professional and gave us excellent service.
