I went in the other day to get a BLT, the short lady with the blonde hair had a bad attitude and was very rude. Luckily the tall guy with the goatee and the guy with the turban finished my order and made me feel a lot more welcomed
On 3/17 , around 730p I've been here many times before and a employee with a front missing tooth takes my order. When he was ringing me up, I had 102 points towards my next purchase. He asked if I wanted to use my points and I said yes. Then he said that I didn't have enough points. Then he tried to switch the price of the sandwich which was $20, then the price came to $24 and told I've never paid this much. Please watch this employee. Then he puts the price back to $20 and I couldn't use my points.
This is what happens at the Hiram location when you take a sandwich back cause they can’t do there job I’m the first place.

Sunday, March 9th I called the Hiram Store to place an order. The man on the phone said I needed to do that on line. I went on line to place my order, when I pulled the menu up to see about a steak sandwich, it was not on the menu! I then proceeded to call the store again. The same guy answered the phone & proceeded to explain to him that the item I wanted to order was not on the menu, I told him I wanted to order the Philly steak.
