I walked into Jersey Mike’s for a sandwich. I walked out feeling like I had just attended a gay awakening sponsored by cold cuts. First of all: The guy at the slicer looked at me, flipped his hair, and said, “Hey gorgeous, you want it Mike’s Way… or my way?” Sir, that is not customer service. That is emotional terrorism. Always way too many online orders ahead of the people standing in line. Takes too long. Employees need clean shirts. They look pretty bad. Food always good and fresh.
