Pre-ordered lunch at 11:30a online. Received notification order would be ready at 11:45a. Awesome! Show up to the store at 11:45a and am told they haven't started my order. Keep in mind there are 2 people in line ordering sandwiches, and about 6 online orders somewhere in the process. They have 6 staff working the line. One would think they can turn orders fairly quickly... I finally received my order at 12p. Keep in mind most ppl only get 30 minutes for lunch breaks at work. Great people and great sandwiches!
They literally made me wait 20 minutes for my one sandwich because they felt like making other sandwiches for people in the line behind me before mine after I already had ordered!!! They made 6 sandwiches ordered by customers in line after me, while I was waiting for mine to even be started. I ordered a standard sandwich with no add ons or modifications at all.
