Came in on Sunday October 19 in the late evening. The food was as expected, but my five stars goes directly to the service. I’m not sure if the fact that I had had a really bad day shown on my face, but the staff there could almost read me like a book. They were kind and nice. Like comeing to this jersey Mike's in libertyville they are so friendly when you walk in even angel, haily and xavi they treat you so good and they all have have a big smile they even help you out on what good on the menu

Never order #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak at the Vernon Hills location. It's a hot sandwich. They never remember to put the chipotle sauce on the chicken, and you're left with chicken and cheese. How hard is it, really?
