Exceptional customer service every single time.
I ordered through the Jersey Mike's app for delivery. I got a confirmation of the order. I later got a message stating the order was canceled. I tried calling multiple time to this location with no answer to ensure I got a refund. No refund, no communication from the restaurant, just took the money and no food. I don't have issues at other Jersey Mike's in the metro, so maybe avoid this location.
