They have awesome staff, and awesome sandwiches.
Toya absolutely crushed it behind the counter today! She was super friendly, made my sub exactly Mike’s Way with perfect precision, and had the best energy—made the whole visit feel special. Fast, accurate, and genuinely nice. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have her! Will be back soon just to see Toya again. Highly recommend! 🚀🥖
No clue how they mess up one of the most simple items on their menu with no other customers in the store and then don’t offer any sort of refund and are rude about it. Crazy work.
When I was at this jersey mikes they were super busy and I grabbed the wrong order. When I noticed this I called the store back and spoke with Eric and Ceaser and explained to them what happened. They offered a refund or for me to come back. I was super hungry so obviously I went back. By the time I arrived my sandwich was coming off the grill. They gave me the sandwich with a smile and apologized for the mistake.
