Ordered a veggie wrap with extra cheese and lettuce. The wrap was dry, cracked and was crumbling in my hands when eating it, there was also no extra cheese for the extra charge, or lettuce. Also ordered a veggie bowl with extra cheese and lettuce, you could see the bottom of the bowl there was so little cheese and lettuce. Calling the fulfillment of that order disappointing is putting it lightly. Always great service. Fast and friendly. Sandwiches are always delicious
I had taken a big break from ordering from Jersey Mikes, but last week I decided to give it another go and 2 guys were working named Diego and Travis I think. Wow their customer service was amazing and Diego’s wonderful and peppy attitude was contagious! Made a damn good sandwich as well. Those guys make picking up take out fun. I hope those young dudes continue to keep the good vibes going, I’ll gladly be back for more sandwiches. Hopefully I figure out how to use the app better, very helpful guys. Thanks again!
I would give a negative if I could. Three sandwiches. One correct. Two were missing all condiments. Mayo, onion, lettuce, tomato, spicy mustard. You might say a very dry sandwich that I had to put my own condiments and veggies are or drive back. Not a cheap sandwich either. How the heck do you miss everything on two sandwiches in one order. I won't be back. Totally ridiculous.
Tony and Rodrigo are awesome. These guys kick ass. Food is phenomenal as always. See these guys a couple times a week and everyone always has a great attitude. 10 stars would recommend
