This store struggles with service and keeping up with orders
Listen I’m not saying you have to be overly polite but a simple, hi I’ll be right with you goes a long way. These girls said no words to me at ALL I damn near left. The worst customer service on the planet. Please get it together. I know they are young but lord at least try. And the fact that I’m overly nice is crazy 🤣🤣
I've had my account open since 4/24 and wasn't aware that I had to opt in to receive emails that's why I didn't receive my b'day points 🙃 I was able to fix it and didn't expect to receive anything until next year but Marcus was very kind to honor it. And just ontime since I was feeling the jittery 😳 Marcus was friendly patient and understanding.
Would leave less than 1 star but can't. Super annoyed staff over the last month gives multiple different stories and such. Couldn't use cards, get my points or anything. Had to pay in cash. Gotten the run around about the points. Told me I need to reach out to app customer service. Left a Voicemail with no response. Wanted to speak to restaurant manager or higher but no ones available.
