We have had issues with this Jersey Mike's in the past and thought they were solved. I just got two Regular sandwiches to go and when opened they fell apart. The day old bread they used made it impossible to hold and had to be eaten with a fork. I will nolonger shop at the store on Peorie at 59th.
My cheese steak had that pepper relish cooked in with it. Absolutely terrible. That's not part of the sandwich when ordered. I was disappointed that the employee was just going rogue with the sandwiches. I will not be back.
Update!! Went back well over a year and a half later and the service and food are still subpar at best. Asked for LIGHT condiments on a sandwich and the amount they out on could hav easily been used for 3 sandwiches. Asked for no oil, but extra vinegar on another sandwich and that request was completely ignored. I wish the employees would actually pay attention and not do whatever they see fit.
