Jersey Mike’s why do you only respond to those who leave good reviews? Sounds like you’ve given such bad service to several customers and I see nothing addressing g them. It would be nice to know that you actually care about becoming better at the customer service part of being in the food industry. You might wanna look into the complaints and teach your employees how to serve.
We've been coming here for 2-3 years. Have never had an issue until last night. Went in and tried to order 8.5, ( just adding roast beef). Was told we dont do that here. We were advised by our manager we can't do because of inventory and can't track it. We dont have a button to charge for it. So she then asked what did I want? Yes I was annoyed, I said a # 8 since I can't order what I want. She proceeded to tell me, there's no need for an attitude. I again said it's annoying you can't add the meat and charge.
