My mom hadn’t been here before so she had questions and all were answered kindly and professionally. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Did some research and this location consistently fails health inspections. Avoid this location like the PLAGUE. Dirty, and unprofessional slack jaw crew. Walked in for a family night out, no greeting. While we were ordering, the other employee was sweeping and dragging the chairs on the floor so we couldn't really hear while ordering. They didn't have rosemary bread which we wanted. Neither employee washed their hands. Had to ask three or four times for heavy handed portions. I just have to give a huge shoutout to Alyssa, the General Manager at Jersey Mike’s. She’s one of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever come across in customer service. She always greets you with a warm smile and treats every customer like a regular. You can tell she truly cares and takes pride in her work—she runs that store with heart. And the food? SO good.
