Did some research and this location consistently fails health inspections. Avoid this location like the PLAGUE. Dirty, and unprofessional slack jaw crew. Walked in for a family night out, no greeting. While we were ordering, the other employee was sweeping and dragging the chairs on the floor so we couldn't really hear while ordering. They didn't have rosemary bread which we wanted. Neither employee washed their hands. Had to ask three or four times for heavy handed portions. I just have to give a huge shoutout to Alyssa, the General Manager at Jersey Mike’s. She’s one of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever come across in customer service. She always greets you with a warm smile and treats every customer like a regular. You can tell she truly cares and takes pride in her work—she runs that store with heart. And the food? SO good. Used to come here for years not anymore absolutely terrible unprofessional behavior. I sent in a online pickup order went to the store and was told they were working on it. After 15 minutes of them not making my order which was a number 7 with only mayo real easy to make. I asked Eli the shift manager to cancel my order to which he tells me I have to cancel because he won't I told him there is nowhere on the app to cancel a order to which he replied im not canceling it and he had another employee come and cancel the order.
