I ordered delivery, and I’m currently pregnant and can’t have lunch eat unless it’s heated first. My order got here and this was on my sandwich after reading my “special instructions” asking them to heat it due to my pregnancy! I am flabbergasted at their kindness! It’s little things like this that show the extra mile! Also My sub was heated lol I hope Jersey Mike’s see’s this and these individuals get the acknowledgment they deserve!
This location is consistently behind on take out orders by 5-10 minutes. The staff does not great you when you enter and stand by the trash can/ soda machine for 10 minutes waiting for your order. While you wait, multiple walk-in orders will be served before the staff even acknowledges your presence.
I did a door dash order and seeing y'all do not allow special instructions my sandwich was not what I ordered and assumed the staff can read what is listed and wanted. I have food allergies and my sandwich was made with one of those items. This leading to me using an EpiPen. Please know each EpiPen is hundreds of dollars with insurance! Be precise and diligent when making food for customers. Reminder one bite could kill someone.
