The employees need to learn good customer service no smiles needs to interact with customers better
I had visited another location a few weeks ago and was treated rudely by the staff. This location is about the same distance, so I came here today for a giant #7. The staff was friendly, but the lettuce and tomato was a horror show. It’s like what was left over from last night. There wasn’t enough of either for even one sandwich, and what was there was brown, wilted and squished. A $20 sandwich should certainly have fresh vegetables. I guess it’s time to return to Subway. So unacceptable.
I ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread via DoorDash. The bag had my name on the receipt attached. I took two bites and realized this was not gluten free bread and this was not the sandwich I ordered. Those two bites may result in me getting sick. While I don’t have celiac I do have a dietary restriction for gluten. It’s disappointing that now I’m spending my lunch break with nothing to eat, because the employees packaging orders were careless.
