I am extremely disappointed in this location tonight. I ordered ahead for pickup. Got there and waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me that I was waiting for my order. Didn’t’ even make eye contact and say they will be with me in a moment. There were 2 guys working. A few other people walked in with orders to go. He said to the 3 of us rudely that none of the orders have been started yet so to sit down and wait. So grateful for MJ at Jersey Mike’s tonight. He was so polite and kind. Made our sandwiches perfect and really cared about making them right, going above and beyond! Thanks again, MJ!
I started coming here last week and I’ve been back almost every day. Tonight I went in and saw them making a cheesesteak and was blown away that they were doing that I asked for the guys name because he made a masterpiece, his name is MJ. I’ll be back probably tomorrow. Hell yeah guys n gals.
