We stopped by Jersey Mike’s after another outing, and while the ingredients were fresh and the restaurant itself was clean, the experience was really held back by the service. It took quite a while just to get our order going, and then things got disorganized. Three times in a row the bread has been stale. I don’t normally complain but it’s become consistent.
This is the location that is closest to me and I generally go to. Today was not a pleasant experience. The young lady who prepared the sandwich was polite and professional. The young man who rang up at the register was terribly rude. He quoted the total as $19.32. I said I had exact change and handed it to him. He then said that it was $19.33.
