Horrible employees! Very rude and terrible terrible service. This place won't last long staying like this
It's a problem every time I come to this location. The last time I ordered, my food was wrong, total different order. I was informed I'd receive a refund but never did. This time, I ordered at 11:37 for a 1:15 pickup and they never even started on the order, at 1:25! Refunded my money but no I'm sorry, we can make this up, our apologies. Tried multiple times to place a catering order with a team member since I had some specifics to confirm due to allergies in my group. Every time I would get put on hold and someone would hang up on me. Closest I got was getting put on hold, some picked up with a "hello?", I said I wanted to place a catering order, and they hung up on me. The laziness kills me. It's just sandwiches, guys.
