Been coming here since they opened and I gotta say, best subs in town for sure. Friendly service and conveniently located.
Was out and about and decided to give them a try for the first time (Norwich NY). I must say for an almost 20.00 for a 12 inch sub I was not very impressed. I ordered a regular sized Philly cheese steak thinking it would be a regular 12 inch sub and naaa it was a 6 inch sub, I was not offered any toppings on the sub. It was cooked thrown into a bag and handed off to the cashier. Update, plenty of improvement recently. No issues, sandwiches have been great.
Ordered a pastrami and swiss with nothing on it from the app. When I got home it had onions. This is the second time that this has happened. It really does smell bad.
