To me Jersey Mike's is probably one of the best sandwich shops in the area. They always make your sandwich fresh from freshly sliced meat and cheese and they are always very generous on the amount of meat that they give you on your sandwich. They always like to ask if you want your sandwich Mike's way but I never do because I don't need the extra calories from olive oil and I don't need any extra salt in my diet. But they're always very good about making my sandwich custom the way I want it.
We worked with this location for a large order for our team when we were in town recently. They were very professional over the phone as well as via email. We had many special orders. We picked up the food and it was ready to go, on time, and everything was right! In my job we work with restaurants regularly on group orders to varying levels of success. This Jersey Mike's location was one of the best. It makes our job so much easier when other people do their jobs well! Well done and thank you!
Everything was great except for the cashier that was obviously not Krystal like the receipt said. Heavier set guy. He made me wait for him to finish his text messages before he rang me up and took my payment. Everyone else was working hard and it was busy. But I guess replying to his text was more important. Employee of the month right there! Everyone else keep up the great work and the food was amazing.
We had an SAT Event that Jersey Mikes sponsored lunch for the students and they did a great job of getting the kids ordered, made and ready to go! Shout out to Krystal (GM), Marcus (AGM), Nadia (Shift lead), Sofia (Shift lead), and Chalayne for their hard work and dedication to their work and making it a great experience!
