gave me the wrong sub
The pick time is alway incorrect/late, the time showed 11:32 and the order wasn't readyand had to wait till 12:08. Once I got back to work and unpacked the order noticed that is was wrong, missing a reg #66 and reg #13. I ordered 3 X reg #13 and rcvd 1 X reg #13 and 1 X Lrg #13 which is wrong. I came back and spoke to the manager and she argued saying they just packed the two reg #13 together and must have missed the #66, basically dismissing it being as a big deal.. The overall food at Jersey Mikes is good, however service is a part of the experience and one bad apple can ruin the entire experience, placed a sizable order online spent 173.93 including a tip, received a pickup time 11:48 and I arrived at 11:50 and did not leave until 12:38 and shorted me a sandwich. The Manager name was Heather and she was very defensive and rude, my recommendation is go to Jersey Mikes but not this location, I won’t be back to this location again.
